Dolphins Following The Plan

I think the Dolphins stuck to their plan. I think they had a good plan going in and had some needs that they assessed and they were able to fill those needs. Whether those guys are going to project to be on the field in September is a different story, but I think they'll have depth at those positions and that they will be a better team this September than last September.

  1. What plan? Top team needs - *safety (waited till 5th round< clemons again?) *Nose tackle (nope), *pass rusher (lots of LBs, but no pass rush specialist.), * TE for Henne (nope), *how about a return guy (nope). We can't keep all these LBs on the roster, Ireland didn't even know what the plan for Odrick is going to be. Then on day 2, suddenly starks ( our best end) is moving to nose? I don't get it. Teams most pressing needs were clearly not addressed. Offseason is not over, and i'm thrilled about Marshall and Dansby, but this draft was baffling. At least we didn't take Teblow.
