I think this is a real good deal for the Miami Dolphins. They found a very needy partner; I think the price that the Chargers paid to move up was the max to move up 16 spots. They gave the Dolphins their own 1st round, their 2nd round pick (40th)and a 4th rounder. I like this notion, that the Dolphins gave up their 2nd round pick (42nd) to Denver, they get the 40th pick to move up two spots and now they have Brandon Marshall and an additional pick.
All in all I think it’s a good move for the Dolphins. As for the fan base I know they came here looking for some meat and a face to put to that #1 pick but as far as I'm concerned so far a good job and the 1st round played out nicely for the Miami Dolphins.
